What is your current processing time?
Now that all Unleash The Hounds Bandanas are premade and Ready-To-Ship, long production times are a thing of the past! Please allow 1 week from the day your order was placed for your items to be packaged and dropped off to USPS.
How should I wash my bandana?
We recommend hand washing your Unleash The Hounds Bandana under warm water, ringing out any excess, and hanging or laying flat to dry. In an effort to stop any shrinkage, slightly stretch the fabric back into a triangle shape, and iron as necessary.
Can I make custom changes to the bandana I order?
Currently all of our bandanas are Ready-To-Ship and unable to make changes on. If you're looking for something special, feel free to reach out and we can see what we can do!
How do I know if my package has shipped?
Orders receive shipping confirmation emails 2-3 days before actual shipment. Once received by USPS it can take an additional day for the tracking number to update as they fly onward to their destination cities, no worries though as email updates are automatically sent after each scan of your package along it's journey.
How long does shipping take?
All packages ship USPS with tracking included.
Domestic US orders: USPS First-Class 2-5 business days.
International orders: USPS First-Class International - tracking and guaranteed delivery dates vary. 7-18 business days for international shipping, can change by country + customs. Please be aware of your individual countries fees, duties, and taxes. Unleash The Hounds will not be held responsible for any customs charges associated with your package after it has left our location.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Items must be unused and like new. If items are returned in a condition other than how it was received, the exchange may be forfeited. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Because of the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If you have a question or concern regarding your order, please do reach out!
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we observe as high risk; specifically fraudulent activity/unconfirmed credentials/risk of infringement.
All Unleash The Hounds products are not meant to be slept in or worn for extended periods of time. Unleash The Hounds is not responsible for any accident or injury caused by misuse from any of our products.
